You will receive the following products and services to lease and learn
how to manage, over a six-month period (commencing the date that your
system is live for real time payment transactions). If you have a website
we will load 10 products into a shopping cart that is enabled for 128
bit secure payment encryption transactions. You must provide us with the
graphics, text and company information as specified within your Project
Quote once you have signed up for the program. Regular pricing for secure
payment, SPIstore (or payment form), if applicable to your business, will
commence upon signing of an agreement after the six- month introductory

Internet Merchant Status
PayPaq™ can process with any financial institution in North America.
You must apply directly to your bank for your Internet Merchant account.
We can connect VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover*, Diners/Enroute
and JCB* (*your financial institution or acquirer must accept these cards).
Currency can be either Canadian or US dollars. Bank fees are extra and
must be negotiated with your financial institution.
PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standard - Compliance Certificate
If your financial institution or acquirer requires a security compliance
certificate in order to issue you an Internet merchant account - we are
certified under PCI to issue compliance certificates. The process requires
the merchant fill out a self-assessment security questionnaire and submit
to a vulnerability scan on any web connected devices - typically your
webserver. Any third parties, such as webhosts must provide a PCI compliance
certificate. Additional fee for this service is $100.00 (reg. price $300).

We will waive any transfer fees and for $14.95/month (for most applications)
we will host your website. Hosting you website through PayPaq Solutions
will simplify any security compliance issues as you will be hosted on
a fully compliant network (payment and webhosting).
SPIstore Shopping Cart Setup
All hosting of carts is done on our server. If you have an existing website
this will require that you, your webmaster or ISP provide a link to the
shopping cart to join your website to the e-commerce tools. The regular
set-up price of a shopping cart is $99.
SPIstore Shopping Cart "Ongoing" Lease (V50)
Usage of the SPIstore V50 (50 items) shopping cart. The regular price
for this lease over a six-month period is $300.
Loading of Products
Up to 10 products can be loaded into the SPIstore shopping cart software.
We can provide a quote to add extra products for you. Price depends on
the amount of products in your cart. You may also load your products yourself.
The regular price to load ten products is $150.
24x7 Customer Assistance
We will provide technical and educational support in our online electronic
customer service environment (WebBoard). Regular price: $75.00
Shared Digital Certificate (shared on our server)
The regular price for digital certificates through GeoTrust, Thawte.com,
or Verisign varies from $150 to $350 USD.
Regular price for one-time set-up to our payment server as described in
the merchant terms and conditions is $150.
PayPaq™ Secure Payment Transaction
Secure payment transaction payment hosting of $50.00/month includes fees
per transaction of $.20 - $.32 depending on your financial institution.

Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode (Optional)
VBV (Verified by Visa) and SecureCode architecture will validate a customer's
credit card and verify the identity of the person using the card. It does
this by requiring the purchaser to authenticate the transaction and themselves,
as the cardholder, by identifying themselves through their bank or credit
card issuer by using a PIN number. This dramatically changes the nature
of Internet based credit card transactions from being the equivalent of
Mail Order/Telephone Order (MO/TO) unauthenticated transactions to being
the equivalent of "Card Present" transactions, namely a customer
physically presenting their card to the merchant and signing the transaction
slip. This greatly reduces the possibility of online credit card fraud,
which results in greater customer comfort in performing the transaction
